A Christmas Carol is the Christmas play of Kraft Television Theatre, presented by the Kraft Foods Company. It was produced and aired live, as the thirteenth play of its sixth season, on NBC on Christmas Eve of 1952.
Summary
An old bitter miser who makes excuses for his uncaring nature learns real compassion when three ghosts visit him on Christmas Eve.
Notes
- This was first teased in the "Next Week" card at the ending of the previous week's play "The Guest".
- This and the next week's play "The Paper Moon" were adapted by Ronert Lindsay.
