Anne Boonchuy is the main character from the Disney animated series Amphibia. She, along with her two best friends, Marcy Wu and Sasha Waybright, were accidentally transported to a different world full of amphibians. For the first two seasons, Anne lived with other frogs, the Plantar family - Sprig, Hop Pop and Polly.
At the end of the show's second season, while escaping from the wrath of the evil king of newts, Andrias, Anne and the Plantar family were transported to Los Angeles where she finally reunited with her parents. In the third season, Anne must find a way to return to Amphibia so she can defeat Andrias once and for all, while keeping the Plantars' identities a secret from the townsfolk, as well as thwarting Andrias' various deadly schemes against her and her family. She represents the blue sapphire of Heart on the Calamity Box.
Appearances in Christmas specials[]
In the series' Christmas episode, "Froggy Little Christmas", Anne introduces the Plantars to Christmas while planning to construct a Thai Go float for the city Christmas parade as a surprise for her mother. However, the parade is threatened by a hijacked Santa float caused by a prototype drone sent by Andrias, but they manage to defeat it and learn it's best spent as a family.
Two years prior to "Froggy Little Christmas"'s premiere, Anne appeared in a Broken Karaoke short in which she sang "Deck the Halls" alongside Dr. Doofenshmirtz, Baymax, Launchpad McQuack, and Tilly Green.
