Arlene is a character from the newspaper comic strip Garfield. She is a pink cat who Garfield's on-and-off girlfriend. She and Garfield have an apparent love-hate relationship - Garfield loves himself, and Arlene hates that.
Arlene's only appearance in a Christmas special was in the second Christmas-themed episode of The Garfield Show, "Home for the Holidays".
