Barnabus "Barney" Stinson is a major character from the CBS romantic sit-com, How I Met Your Mother. He is a chauvinistic, womanizing sexaholic with a slew of catchphrases, which have not only made him the most popular character of the series, but have also spawned a handful of memes, that have outranked the show itself, in popularity. He is the self-proclaimed "best friend" of main character, Ted Mosby, and the ex-husband of Robin Sherbatsky.
