Elizabeth "Betty" Giselle-DeVille is a character from the Nickelodeon animated series Rugrats and its spin-off All Grown Up! She is Phil and Lil DeVille's athletic mother who is a former wrestler. In the original continuity, she was married to Howard DeVille, while the 2021 reboot instead depicts her as a lesbian single mother.
