William Robert Farmer (born November 14, 1952), better known as Bill Farmer, is a long-time voice actor, best known for his work at Disney. He has provided the voice of Goofy since 1992 and also voices Pluto, Horace Horsecollar, Practical Pig, and Hopadiah Plantar on Amphibia.
