Bill Farmer

William Robert Farmer (born November 14, 1952), better known as Bill Farmer, is a long-time voice actor, best known for his work at the Walt Disney Company. He has provided the voice of Goofy since 1987 and also voices Pluto, Horace Horsecollar, Practical Pig, and Hopadiah Plantar on Amphibia.
