Robert Michael "Bobby" Moynihan, Jr. (born January 31, 1977) is an American actor, comedian, writer, producer, and singer is an actor who is best known for being a cast member on Saturday Night Live from 2008 to 2017, and for voicing Panda Bear in We Bare Bears, Louie Duck in the DuckTales reboot, and Hal in Nature Cat.
