Cameron Arthur "Cam" Clarke (born November 6, 1957) is an American voice actor and singer, known for his work in animation, video games, and commercials. He is best known for voicing Leonardo in the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, as well as Shotaro Kaneda in the 1989 Streamline Pictures English dub of Akira.
