Carlos Jaime Alazraqui (born July 20, 1962) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, singer, impressionist, voice artist, and comedian, possibly best known as Deputy James Garcia on Reno 911! He is also particularly known for his voice work on Nickelodeon, where he has voiced Rocko and Spunky on Rocko's Modern Life, Winslow T. Oddfellow on CatDog, Mr. Crocker, Juandissimo Magnifico, and Sheldon Dinkleberg on The Fairly OddParents!, Granpapi Rivera on El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera, and Carlos Casagrande, Sergio, and Vito Filliponio on The Loud House and The Casagrandes. His extensive voice-over work in animation also includes the voices of Bobbi Fabulous on Phineas and Ferb, Rikochet in the first two seasons of ¡Mucha Lucha!, Lazlo and Clam in Camp Lazlo, Mr. Weed in Family Guy, and the chihuahua in the Taco Bell commercials.
