Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends (later shorten to Thomas & Friends in 2003 onwards) is a British children's television series, first broadcast on the ITV network in October 1984. It was later moved to Channel 5 in 2005. In the USA, it aired on PBS Kids in 2004 to 2018. It aired Nickelodeon from 2018 to 2019. It aired on Cartoonito from 2021 to 2023, as of 2024, Netflix owns the rights to the series.
