Charles Michael "Charlie" Adler (born October 2, 1956) is an American actor, voice actor, and voice director, best known for his roles on Tiny Toon Adventures (on which he voiced Buster Bunny), Rocko's Modern Life (on which he voiced Ed and Bev Bighead), and Cow and Chicken (on which he voiced both of the titular characters).
