Charlie Tinkerton is the secondary antagonist and Tommy's older brother of The Legend of Frosty the Snowman.
At first before, he used to be a greedy jerk bully in Evergreen School (even when he hears about Walter breaking his curfew and did not believe in magic or talking snowman) and non-sport segment ship when comes to Tinkerton Family Dinner Quiz.
But when he shockingly first-time meets "a magical snowman" like Frosty in the school courtyard and seeing magic for the very first time, his entire school bully mood had changed and now became a good, nice reformed friend to him, Walter and Sara Simple—except for his young brother Tommy, who first teases him (believing that he is hiding something from them, without telling what happen).
When he realizes the truth from the comic book, he started to reform and assistant to him, and joins his friends to foil Principal Pankley's plans and restore Frosty again.
