Clarabelle Cow is a character from the Mickey Mouse cartoons and comics, created by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks in 1928 (though she was not named until the 1930 Mickey Mouse comic strip storyline Mickey Mouse in Death Valley). She is one of Minnie Mouse's best friends and is usually depicted as Horace Horsecollar's girlfriend, although she has also been paired with Goofy on occasion. Clarabelle was a regularly recurring character in Mickey's cartoons until 1942, but she has continued to make appearances in comic book stories, video games, and occasional new television cartoons since then.
