Cranky the Crane is a character from Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends, introduced in the show's 5th season. He is a tower crane who works at Brendam Docks loading and unloading ships. He finds the engines tiresome, particularly the smaller ones, and enjoys teasing them. Cranky cannot move on his own, but he can be dismantled and rebuilt in other locations if necessary.
