
Daniel Edward "Dan" Aykroyd, CM, OOnt (born July 1, 1952), is a Canadian actor, comedian, musician, director, screenwriter, and producer. He is best known for his roles as Ray Stantz in the original Ghostbusters films and Elwood J. Blues in the 1980 musical comedy film The Blues Brothers and its 1998 sequel. He also voiced Yogi Bear in the character's 2010 live-action film and is known as one of The Not Ready for Prime Time Players in Saturday Night Live.
