Daniel Michael DeVito, Jr. (born November 17, 1944) is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, director, and filmmaker, who is best known for his television roles as Louie De Palma in the ABC/NBC sitcom Taxi and Frank Reynolds in the FX/FXX sitcom It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
