David Leonard Landau, better known as David Lander (June 22, 1947 - December 4, 2020), was an American actor, voice actor, comedian, musician, and baseball scout. He was best known for playing Squiggy Squiggman in the sitcom Happy Days and its spin-off Laverne & Shirley. He was also well-known for voicing Smarty the lead weasel in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Doc Boy in the Garfield cartoons, Da Shrimp in The Little Mermaid TV series, Horace Badun in 101 Dalmatians: The Series, and Arthur the vulture in Jungle Cubs.
