Donna Lou Retten Tubbs-Brown is a main character from the FOX animated sitcom, The Cleveland Show. She is the wife of Cleveland Brown, and biological mother of Roberta and Rallo. Her remarriage to Cleveland was a benefit to both of them. Not only is Cleveland more civil and caring than her ex-husband Robert, but Donna is nicer and more understanding than Cleveland's ex-wife, Loretta. Donna will often take the reigns of the duo and be the dominant player in their marriage, however, and will often lash out at and even slap Cleveland, but only to toughen him up or punish him when he's in moments of self-deprication, or when he makes a huge mistake.
