"Mr. Cook's Christmas" is the second Christmas episode of the Nick Jr. series Allegra's Window. Produced as the tenth and final episode of its third and final season, it was released direct-to-video on October 10, 1996, as part of the launch of Paramount Means Family Entertainment campaign, and was the first new Nick Jr. video to be distributed by Paramount Home Video (after three years with Sony Wonder), with the one-year holdback on Nickelodeon before December 7, 1997. It was dedicated in the memory of Sam Bagarella, the show's original art director.
