"Guess Who's Coming to Christmas" is the first Christmas episode of the ABC sitcom Happy Days, originally aired as the eleventh episode of the show's second season.

Synopsis[]

The gang is looking forward to spending Christmas with their families, but Richie discovers that Fonzie will be spending his all alone; so he invites him home to spend Christmas with the family.

Availability[]

The episode was made available on the Happy Days: The Second Season DVD set, released by CBS Home Entertainment through Paramount Home Entertainment on April 17, 2007.

Trivia[]

  • The episode was notably the last appearance of the eldest Cunningham brother, Chuck, who was infamously dropped from the show without explanation (and thus making this the only Happy Days Christmas episode he appeared in).
  • The episode was later reaired in the show's fourth season, repackaged with a framing device in which Richie flashes back on these events to Al Delvecchio. This version would sometimes be aired in syndication, but has never been released on DVD.
