"X-Ray X-mas" is the first Christmas episode of the Canadian Family Channel's animated show Henry's World produced and aired as the first half of the thirteenth episode of its first season, paired up with the sister episode "Darwin for a Day".
Synposis[]
It's Christmas in Chesterville, and Ms. Pierre is dismissing all her classmates with an assignment to learn about the true meaning of Christmas.
On the way home, Henry is excited about Ms. Pierre's project (he knows the true meaning of Christmas is about toys), but Fraidy isn't so sure about his answer. Just then, Henry finds the Christmas present he wants, the Snow Skimmer MK4.
At home, the Wiggins family decorates for Christmas and Henry starts to peek over everyone's presents until his mother catches him.
Christmas was driving Henry crazy even though waiting was the most exciting part. If he knew what his presents were, he wouldn't have to worry about getting what he wanted, but it was against Santa's rules.
Around lunchtime, Henry carrot wishes for an x-ray vision and peeks again.
At the skating rink, Henry discovers that his helmet has x-ray vision and shows it to Fraidy who finds it incredible. He then uses his x-ray vision on Darwin's boxers by finding out that pink was his favorite color.
At home, Henry uses his x-ray vision to peek over everyone's presents one more time. All he finds were socks, a football, a chemistry set, and the Snow Skimmer MK4, his present.
In his room, Henry announces to Fraidy that he got a snow toboggan even though Santa wouldn't be too happy about it. He suddenly gets worried about what he did because of his carrot wish.
At midnight, Santa gets stuck on the roof of the Wiggins' house until Doris drops a bucket of water causing him to tumble down completely. Santa is disappointed in Henry for peeking into his presents, but Henry put the others first and discovered the true meaning of Christmas (it was as nice to give as to receive).
On Christmas morning, Henry doesn't just receive a Snow Skimmer MK4 for Christmas, but he also received a map that leads him to the North Pole and decides to show it to Fraidy as they ride his new sleigh.
