Francine Alice Frensky is a character from the Arthur storybooks by Marc Brown and the PBS Kids animated television series based on them. She is an eight-year-old female monkey with an interest in sports and one of Arthur's friends and classmates who often teases him, though she does it due to harboring a not-so-secret crush on him.

Although she was shown celebrating Christmas in the book Arthur's Christmas, the TV special Arthur's Perfect Christmas revealed that Francine and her family are Jewish-American and celebrate Hanukkah. She tries to tell Muffy she couldn't come to her Christmas party due to it being on the same day as Hanukkah. When Muffy inadvertently said Hanukkah isn't as important as Christmas during their phone call, their friendship briefly ended but later reconciled after Muffy finally understood why Hanukkah is very important to Francine. At the end of the special, both families were seen watching a movie at a movie theater.
