He is only appeared in the Dragon Hospital scene, where Gobie & Kuma, his other pet dragon, jump starts the journey to the Christmas Tree in Santaland to fulfill his wish the have BeBe, who is injured in the avalanche, restored before Christmas Eve (December 24th). Before they head off, he hands this green ornament from his visit to Gobie. Afterwards, he reminds to him about that Santaland is at the Northern-most point and kept telling to keep going North.
