Harry Julius Shearer is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, screenwriter, musician, author, radio host, director, and producer, who is best known for his long-running roles on The Simpsons, on which he has voiced Ned Flanders, Mr. Burns, Principal Skinner, Lenny Leonard, Waylon Smithers, Jr., Otto Mann, Dr. Hibbert, Dewey Largo, Reverend Lovejoy, Kent Brockman, Rainier Wolfcastle, Jasper Beardly, Herman Hermann, Officer Eddie, Judge Roy Snyder, and various other characters. He is also known for his work on Saturday Night Live, the comedy band Spinal Tap, and his radio program Le Show.
