I Trapped the Devil (Working Title: A Man in the Dark) is a Christmas-themed horror film. Written & Directed by Josh Lobo, in his debut who also co-produced and co-edited with Spence Nicholson, it is acquired for distribution by IFC Films' IFC Midnight label.

Plot

A man descends into paranoia after trapping what he believes to be the Devil in his basement, but things take a dark turn when his family unexpectedly arrive for Christmas.
