Isabella Garcia-Shapiro is one of the main characters from the Disney Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb, and as such, she appears in both of the show's Christmas episodes. She is the leader of Danville's local Fireside Girls troop. She has a huge crush on her neighbor, Phineas Flynn, and is always willing to help him and his stepbrother Ferb Fletcher with their daily activities. Although Isabella is Jewish and therefore instead celebrates Hanukkah, she is willing to assist her friends in their Christmas-related activities.
Appearances in Christmas specialsEdit
In the show's second Christmas episode, "A Phineas and Ferb Family Christmas", which actually takes place first in chronological order, Isabella shows up right after Phineas and Ferb begin broadcasting their own family-oriented Christmas special on television. Isabella says that the thing she loves best about the holiday season is the music; she then sings "Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow", accompanied by her fellow Fireside Girls Milly, Ginger, and Katie as backup singers. Later, at the end of the episode, Isabella sings "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" along with the rest of the cast, during which she mentions that all of her relatives have come to visit.
In the series' first Christmas special, Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation! (which takes place later chronologically), Isabella helps Phineas and Ferb, along with the other citizens of Danville, decorate the city as a thank-you card to Santa Claus. When the city is mistakenly branded naughty (thanks to Dr. Doofenshmirtz using the Naughty-inator), Isabella sings "Danville for Niceness" along with Phineas as they broadcast the song to the North Pole, where it catches the attention of Santa's elves Blay'n and Clewn't. After being told by the elves that it is too late to contact Santa and tell him that Danville is not naughty at all, Isabella agrees to help Phineas and Ferb save Christmas for Danville. During the end credits, it is shown that Isabella receives a "Santa's Helper" patch.
