Ivy & Mistletoe is the upcoming Christmas movie, written & directed by Candy Cain, from Global Genesis Group.
Summary
Ivy, a 25 year old woman, decides to take on a snow storm in order to get to her parent’s house in Boston and spend Christmas with them. Unfortunately, the storm has other intentions in mind, and Ivy ends up stuck in a ditch.
A tow truck driver, Max, finds Ivy and is able to drive her to a local Inn in the little town of Bethlehem, PA. As she thinks her luck is turning around, she finds out there are no rooms left available at the Inn. Fortunately, the town Mayor invites her to stay at her house, and she later finds out that the Mayor happens to be Max’s mother.
Ivy has never spent a Christmas away from her family and she is beyond frustrated with the situation, but she soon discovers that she is right where she needs to be, under the mistletoe, with a man that ends up winning her heart forever.
