James Arnold Taylor (born July 22, 1969) is an American voice actor. He is best known for voicing Ratchet from the Ratchet & Clank video games, Tidus from Final Fantasy X, Johnny Test from the show of the same name, Walker from Danny Phantom, and Mr. Bolhofner (Lincoln's sixth-grade homeroom teacher) on The Loud House. He is also the current voice of Fred Flintstone, and has voiced Huckleberry Hound, Leonardo, and Dr. Emmett Brown on at least one occasion each.
