Jasper T. Jowls (full name Jasper Tennessee Jowls) is a main character of the Chuck E. Cheese (formerly Pizza Time Theater) chain of family entertainment centers.
Jasper is a hound dog and a member of Chuck E. Cheese's friends, and the guitarist of Munch's Make Believe Band. He was born in Tennessee, and was one of the original characters (Along with Chuck E. and Pasqually) from the Pizza Time Players at the beginning of the restaurant's early years.
Jasper originally started out as a hillbilly who was seen as airheaded and goofy, which often annoyed Chuck E. to the point he would shut him up with his famous "Turn off the fruitcake dog!". Later when the show merged with Showbiz, Jasper evolved into a more reasonable character who was more younger and sensible. He became a more studious character when the show underwent Concept Unification, often showing hints of cynicism time to time but is otherwise on good terms with the rest of the band. Jasper is known to dislike Pasqually's jokes, giving snide remarks during the showtapes. He also had a one-sided rivalry with Steve Waters, but softens up after the mid-2010s.
