James Jonah "Jim" Cummings (born November 3, 1952) is an American voice actor and singer who has appeared in almost 400 roles, including various characters featured in animated productions by The Walt Disney Company. He is the current voice of Pete, Winnie the Pooh, and Tigger (outside of Playdate with Winnie the Pooh), and some of his best-known voice work for Disney also includes the title character of Darkwing Duck (in which he also voiced Herb Muddlefoot and Negaduck), Monterey Jack in the later episodes of Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers (in which he also voiced Fat Cat and Professor Nimnul), Don Karnage from TaleSpin (in which he also voiced King Louie), Razoul from Aladdin, Bonkers D. Bobcat and Lucky Piquel from Bonkers, and Ray the firefly from The Princess and the Frog. Outside of Disney, he is also known for voicing the Tasmanian Devil in various Looney Tunes projects from the 1990s through the 2020s, Cat from CatDog, Leatherhead in the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, Fuzzy Lumpkins from The Powerpuff Girls, and Dr. Robotnik in the Saturday morning Sonic the Hedgehog animated series (he also voiced Robotnik in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog pilot, but was replaced by Long John Baldry for the series proper).
