James Jonah "Jim" Cummings (born November 3, 1952) is an American voice actor and singer who has appeared in almost 400 roles, including various characters featured in animated productions by The Walt Disney Company. He is the current voice of Pete, Winnie the Pooh, and Tigger, and some of his best-known voice work for Disney also includes the characters of Darkwing Duck, Monterey Jack from Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers, Don Karnage from TaleSpin (in which he also voiced King Louie), Razoul from Aladdin, Bonkers D. Bobcat and Lucky Piquel from Bonkers, and Ray the firefly from The Princess and the Frog. Outside of Disney, he is also known for voicing the Tasmanian Devil in various Looney Tunes projects from the 1990s through the 2010s, Cat from CatDog, and the version of Dr. Robotnik seen in the Saturday morning Sonic the Hedgehog animated series.
