James Kevin Ward (May 19, 1959 — December 10, 2025) was a former American voice actor who has contributed to a large number of video games, movies and animated series. he was perhaps best known for his voice work at Nickelodeon, with his most notable roles being Chet Ubetcha and Doug Dimmadome (owner of the Dimmsdale Dimmadome) on The Fairly OddParents. He was also the voice of Captain Qwark from the Ratchet & Clank franchise from 2002 until his retirement in 2021.
