Joan Mary Cusack (born October 11, 1962) is an American actress, voice actress, and comedian, who is best known for her roles as Cynthia in the 1988 romantic comedy-drama film Working Girl, Emily Montgomery in the 1997 comedy film In & Out, and Jessie in Pixar's Toy Story movies.
