Keith David Williams, known professionally as Keith David (born June 4, 1956), is an American actor, voice actor, and producer, known for his deep husky voice. He is particularly known for his work at Disney, where he voiced Goliath on Gargoyles, Dr. Facilier in The Princess and the Frog, Tublat in The Legend of Tarzan and King Andrias on Amphibia.
