Leslie Bricusse OBE (January 29, 1931 - October 19, 2021) was a British composer, lyricist, and playwright who worked on theatre musicals and wrote theme music for films. His credits included such films as Doctor Dolittle, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and Tom and Jerry: The Movie.
