Lisa Marie Simpson is a character from the animated television series The Simpsons. She is the middle child of Homer and Marge Simpson, and the smart sister of Bart and Maggie Simpson. She is a charismatic 8-year-old girl, who exceeds the standard achievement level of children her age. She is intellegent compared to Bart who is rebellious, bratty and idiotic.
