Major Dr. Andedonia J. Ghastly is one of the main characters from the Cartoon Network original series Evil Con Carne. She is a member of Evil Con Carne, and a mad scientist, working for Hector Con Carne. She invents villainous machines, to help him take over the world. She appeared in the Evil Con Carne Christmas Special, "Christmas Con Carne".
