Mark Palmer has written for children's television since the 1990s, on animated series Aaahh!!! Real Monsters, Rugrats, The Wild Thornberrys, Kim Possible, The Penguins of Madagascar, and Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. He also wrote for the live-action series The Famous Jett Jackson and the Australian series Out There, and script edited the 2014 animated Lassie series.
