Megatron "Meg" Griffin is a major protagonist in the FOX animated sitcom Family Guy. She is the oldest daughter of Peter and Lois Griffin. Meg is an 18 year old high school student, who's constantly being abused, neglected, bullied, and basically tortured by her family, classmates, neighbors, and everyone else around her. Though the reason remains unspecific, it's generally said that she's treated this way because she's considered ugly and/or gross.

When Quahog became less greedy and only wished for simple gifts, Meg wished for another hat, that looked exactly like her original hat.
