Milhouse Mussolini Van Houten is the best friend of Bart Simpson from the animated TV series The Simpsons.

- "Marge Be Not Proud" - Early on in the show's second Christmas episode, Milhouse is shown to have gotten Bonestorm, the new violent fighting game that Bart wants. He brags that he's already having a good time just from having entered his name as "Thrillhouse" on the player registration screen... which is cut off due to the game only allowing up to eight letters for the name (the irony of this being that if he'd used his real name, he wouldn't have this issue). Bart wants to play the game with him, but Milhouse claims that it's only a single-player game, despite it being a fighting game, and then gets his mother Luann to throw Bart out by falsely claiming that he is swearing.
