Mindy Lee Sterling is an American actress and voice actress. She is best known for her role as Frau Farbissina in the Austin Powers series. She is also known for voicing Ms. Endive in the Cartoon Network series Chowder and Lin Beifong in Nickelodeon's The Legend of Korra, and playing Miss Francine Briggs in the Nickelodeon sitcom iCarly.
