Miss Lilly is one of the main characters from the Angelina Ballerina storybooks. Angelina is more than likely her favorite student. She is friends with professional dancers and even got Angelina and Henry parts as a magic fairy and a little elf, respectively. Miss Lilly speaks with a Russian accent and is voiced by Dame Judi Dench, Finty Williams' mother.

In the first Christmas episode, "The Gift," Angelina tries to find Miss Lilly a Christmas gift by buying her a hat, but it was sold a few minutes ago, so she gives a homemade picture of themselves instead and she loved it a lot. She opens her gift early at bedtime at the end of the episode and finds out that she wanted a snow globe all along.

In the second Christmas episode, "The Show Must Go On," Miss Lilly gets her classmates to star in Cinderella Mouse and the Ugly Whiskers and impress Queen Seraphina, so she brings Mr. Ivor Operatski to come and see the results. She later comes to Angelina's house to tell her that she would be perfectly playing the step-mouse and found out she was right all along. After Angelina tearfully quits the show due to Mr. Operatski's yelling, Miss Lilly was cast as the step-mouse until Angelina and Sammy sprain her ankle during a sled race with the Pinkpaws, causing the show to be canceled. Angelina manages to save the show by apologizing to Miss Lilly and getting Mr. Operatski to stay, and the show became a big success after all. In the end, on Christmas Day, she returns to Angelina's house to wish her a merry Christmas, and they both hug.
