Mrs. Cratchit is a character from the novel A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. She is Bob Cratchit's wife and the mother of Tiny Tim Cratchit and his siblings. She does not think highly of Ebenezer Scrooge and is frankly vocal about her opinion.

Minnie Mouse Mickey's Christmas Carol 1983 Just like in An Adaptation of Dickens' Christmas Carol, Performed by The Walt Disney Players, the record album that inspired this special, Minnie portrays the role, matching Mickey's appearance as Bob. Unlike in the original record album, though, Minnie does not speak, as Disney had not yet found a new official voice actor for her at the time the special was made.

Miss Piggy (performed by Frank Oz) The Muppet Christmas Carol 1992 Emily Cratchit (as this version of the character is named) loves her family and is protective of them, although she has a hard time telling her daughters Betina and Belinda apart. She affectionately addresses her husband as "Cratchy." She also tests her chestnuts to see if they are done. In general, Emily is a feisty protector of her husband and family, threatening to raise Mr. Scrooge right off the pavement when it appears that he is threatening Bob's job.
