Mrs. Toffee Apple (Who Foods Shopper in other English countries) is one of the very minor characters (Whos) from the 2018 movie adaptation of Dr. Seuss' The Grinch. In the UK Cinema version, she was voiced by the British personality Georgia Toffolo, while in other English-speaking countries (including the U.S.) she was voiced by one of the Additional Voices.
