Nanny Nine O'Clock is a minor character from the Rankin/Bass television special Rudolph's Shiny New Year. She works in Father Time's castle as a nurse to Happy, the Baby New Year. As the closest person to him, even she can't help laughing at the sight of his oddly sized ears, which contributes to how upset he feels when it's time for him to run away. She serves as a useful lead as to his whereabouts, however, when questioned by Father Time, she knows that he had always wanted to visit the Archipelago of Last Years, so Rudolph begins his journey there to save him.
