Hoagie Pennywhistle Gilligan Jr., better known by his codename Numbuh 2, is one of the main characters of the Cartoon Network original series Codename: Kids Next Door. He is the 2x4 Technology Officer of Kids Next Door Sector V, and also an inventor and pilot with a passion for flight. He often enjoys cracking puns, though he is the only one who finds them funny. His interests besides flight include Yipper trading cards and being a film-noir detective.
Numbuh 2's only appearance in a Christmas special was the series' Christmas special, "Operation: N.A.U.G.H.T.Y."
