Garfield and Odie in Home for the Holidays — Odie with Garfield in "Home for the Holidays".

Odie is a character from the newspaper comic strip Garfield. He is Jon Arbuckle's pet dog who is portrayed as being utterly clueless about the world around him, to the point that he is oblivious to Garfield's cynical nature. Odie is often the subject of torment from Garfield.

Appearances in Christmas specials

A Garfield Christmas Special - In the first Christmas-themed Garfield production, Jon brings Garfield and Odie with him to spend Christmas at his family's farmhouse. Over the course of the special, Odie is shown gathering things for a secret project of his. At the end, Odie reveals that he was building a back-scratcher as his Christmas present for Garfield.
