Oscar is one of the main characters of the Disney Channel animated series Fish Hooks. He is a neurotic fish and the brother of Milo. He is known to have a huge, almost obsessive crush on Bea.
In the series' Christmas episode "Merry Fishmas, Milo", he and Milo are inviting all of his friends to their Christmas party. However, Oscar can't go because he got pimples from his stress. Later, Fish Santa came to him and saw him as a "Christmas magic" from his pimples, so Fish Santa makes him the tree topper of the Christmas tree. Oscar is happy to be at the Christmas party and Clamantha has a sprig of mistletoe attached to her head, attempts to kiss him, Oscar screams at the end.
