Patrick John Warburton (born November 14, 1964) is an American actor. On television, he is known for playing David Puddy on Seinfeld, the title character on The Tick live-action series, and Johnny Johnson on NewsRadio. He is also known in animation for providing the voices of Joe Swanson on Family Guy, Kronk from The Emperor's New Groove (and its subsequent spin-off media), Steve Barkin on Kim Possible, Brock Samson on The Venture Bros., and Buzz Lightyear in the Buzz Lightyear of Star Command cartoon.
