Pen was revealed to be the Naughty One at the end of If X-Mas in Among Us was a BFDI Challenge. Pen did not kill anybody as a Naughty One but he stole the presents from everybody. Pen sang with Four, Bell, Cloudy and Seven in Jingle BELL Rock. Pen is not a villain in the normal BFDI episodes but in 50% of his Christmas appearances are villainous.
