Peter Löwenbräu Griffin is the titular main protagonist of the American animated sitcom Family Guy. He is married to Lois Griffin and is the father of Meg, Chris, and Stewie; he also has a dog named Brian. Despite the suburban blue-collar routine of his life, he has had a number of remarkable experiences.
In "A Very Special Family Guy Freakin' Christmas", Peter is fixated on his Christmas tradition of watching the annual reruns of "KISS Saves Santa", but his movie watching fun is interrupted by Lois, badgering him to go to the mall, to drop off a bunch of presents, she wants donated to charity. When Peter finally gives in, he accidentally donates the presents for their own family instead of the charity presents. This, on top of many more unfortunate events, brings Lois to rampaging through the town, beating the holiday spirit out of everyone else, and finally, climbing up the public Christmas tree, where she plans on destroying the ornamental star. The cops surround her, telling her to get down, and Peter gets a hold of the megaphone and says something very sentimental to her, about Christmas being about the family and not the presents. This brings a tear to Lois' eye, but Peter assumes she still doesn't get it, and has one of the cops tranquilize her.
In "Road to the North Pole", Peter takes part in the musical number, "All I Really Want For Christmas", where he wishes for a list of ridiculous things. He wishes for a nude Jessica Beil and Megan Fox, 12 kegs of beer, and for a lunch with Micheal Landon's Ghost.
